Terms of use and subscription

These terms govern your use of the Goddess Vamp app and of goddessvamp.com. By creating an account you accept them. Please read the subscription and health sections carefully.

1. Publisher

The app is published by Benjamin Taieb, 11 Rue Jacques Duchesne, 75019 Paris, France, SIRET 528 074 370 00032, VAT FR13528074370 ("we"). Contact: contact@goddessvamp.com. The content is created by Goddess Vamp.

2. The service

Goddess Vamp gives access to audio and video sessions — hypnosis, guided meditations, affirmations and teachings ("V Rituals") — together with practice tools such as favourites, progress and reminders. Some content is free; the rest requires a Premium or VIP membership. We may add, change or remove content and features over time.

3. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Goddess Vamp. Some sessions address themes of release, surrender and submission within a personal-development context.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date. One account is for one person.

5. Memberships and payment

• Plans. Premium and VIP are monthly subscriptions. The price is shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm.
• Payment. Memberships are bought through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). The amount is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically each month at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancelling. Cancel at any time in your device settings: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Price changes. We may change prices; Apple or Google will inform you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google according to their policies; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
• Restoring. Use Restore purchases in the app to recover a membership on a new device.
• Memberships offered by us. We may grant a membership free of charge (for example to partners); it ends at the date shown to you and never renews into a paid plan.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once the supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. By starting your membership and accessing the content straight away, you give that consent and acknowledgement. This does not affect refunds granted by Apple or Google under their own policies.

8. Using the content

All content (audio, video, texts, images, the Goddess Vamp name and logos) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to us or to Goddess Vamp. Your membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to listen and watch within the app, for private use. You may not copy, download outside the app, record, share, resell, broadcast or publicly perform it.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempt to bypass access controls or payment, no automated extraction, no interference with the app or its servers, no use of another person's account.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for consequences of using the sessions against the safety guidance above. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

11. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Delete my account). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, after notice where possible. Paid time already running remains subject to Apple's or Google's refund rules.

12. Future features

Features that involve sharing information with another person may be added later. They will be optional, require your explicit consent, and can be switched off at any time. Specific terms will be presented before you enable them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.

14. Law, disputes and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. Contact us first at contact@goddessvamp.com; we will try to find a solution. If no agreement is reached, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge:

You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Failing an amicable solution, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules that let consumers go to the courts of their place of residence.
